If you need to change your event date, review Eventbrites Postponed Event Policy before making any changes. Once youve decided to reschedule your event, please make sure to change your event status, edit your event date, and email your attendees.

Creating new ticket types Go to your event dashboard. Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Events. Go to Add tickets. Select Add more tickets and choose your ticket type. Enter basic information for your ticket. Optional: Choose your advanced settings. Select Save. Customize your checkout settings.
When you cancel an event, Eventbrite requires you to refund all orders. Go to Manage my events and select your event. Select Manage attendees, then select Orders. Select Issue multiple refunds. Choose a refund method ($USD only). Select Select all. Select Refund. Confirm the number of refunds and click Issue X refunds.
