or it is something you are now watching using Excel TV sometimes its quite annoying if you are asked to answer chat boxes one by one especially we have a long winded list and we have to delete the caption and right click to link it to the desired cell so that we are able to evolve in the calculation therefore to make life easier instead of insert chat box and link to the desired cell one by one we can actually make use of VBA and let Excel to insert a link cell for us the idea of inserting checkboxes by using VBA is Im going to run through every single cell on this selected range so that we are eager to fix the position immediately after the chat box is added for a particular cell at the same time we can link the chat box to the selected cell so we must first title range needed for this case the range should start from C2 and up to V 145 we can now go to the developer tab and click on Visual Basic Im going to write the code in this sheet that is sheet once so double click it as usua

In summary, the minimum requirement in order for a DNR form to be valid is the valid signature and date of the patient, or of their legally recognized healthcare agent in the event that they are incapacitated or otherwise unable to express their wishes. Second, the form must be signed off by the attending physician.
A DNR order is allowed for any reason. Any adult can request a DNR, including healthy adults. People most likely to use them are those who know in advance that their chance of surviving CPR is very low and/or they dont want to spend their last days on life support.
The doctor writes the DNR order in your medical record if you are in the hospital. Your doctor can tell you how to get a wallet card, bracelet, or other DNR documents to have at home or in non-hospital settings. Standard forms may be available from your states Department of Health.
A do-not-resuscitate (DNR) order is a legal document that means a person has decided not to have cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) attempted on them if their heart or breathing stops.
The most accurate form of identification for patients outside of licensed facilities is a medallion or bracelet attached to the patient. Use of such a medallion should never make the patient uncomfortable and should always be optional. Every local EMS system should accept an EMSA approved DNR bracelet or medallion.
Question: What happens if you resuscitate someone with a DNR? If you attempt resuscitation on a person who has a valid DNR order, you open yourself up to lawsuit by the estate (read: family) of the person with the DNR order, especially if the attempt is successful and they are indeed brought back to life.
For example, someone with terminal cancer might write that they do not want to be put on a respirator (breathing machine) if they stop breathing. This action can increase their control over their death and their peace of mind, and eventually reduce their suffering.
