In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in DocHub. To do this, you need to be in the "prepare form" section, accessible through the "more tools" tab. Once in that mode, click on the checkbox icon, create your checkbox, name it (default name is "checkbox 1"), preview it, and then click to add it to your form. To edit the checkbox, double click on it in the edit mode.
