hello techies welcome back to power automate desktop tutorials in this tutorial we will learn how to add a new xml element into an xml document by using insert xml element action before that let me recap about the set xml element attribute action as well as set xml element value action lets open the set xml element attribute action if you see over here if you want to update the attribute with the name of age then we are going to give the name over here as is and then we will give the respective value over here to update inside the xml element or to set an xml element attribute value all right or else if i want to add a new name of the attribute in that case what i will do in the export query whatever we have given for the node student okay if i want to add some different attribute name which are not available that i assume if i want to give the name as test in that case i will add the new xml element attribute to the particular export query all right this is about the set xml element
