Some providers require you to register your card upon purchase, while others ask that you register after you get the card. To register, you give certain personal information to identify who you are to the prepaid card provider.
All you need to do is make sure that the front of the card is where the flap of the envelope is. Simply slide the card into the envelope, and thats it! If you want to include money or other notes, make sure the backbone of the card (if it is a folded card) is lined up with the bottom of the envelope as well.
