So make sure you have that version. What you can do with this is you can easily add captions and titles to things like images. Lets paste an image in here. You can see Ive got just a fairly standard image. Lets add a border to it so we can see the edges of it. In the past if I wanted to add a caption to this I could do it in many ways. For instance I could add a text box. Put that text box just underneath. Shrink it down and set a style for it and add my caption. I could also put a title above it if I wanted to the same way. Add alt text Do one of the following: Right-click the object and select Edit Alt Text. Select the object and then select the format menu for the object, for example, Picture Format. In the Alt Text pane, type 1-2 sentences in the text box to describe the object and its context to someone who cannot see it.
Add headers and footers , tap Document Options, then tap Document Setup. Turn on Headers or Footers (or both).
To add alt text to a picture, shape, chart, or SmartArt graphic, right-click on the object and choose Format Picture. In the Format Picture panel, choose the Layout and Properties icon. Then choose Alt Text.
Go to Photos and select the photo you want. Tap Edit, then tap the Markup button . Tap the Add button to add text, shapes, and more. Tap Done, then tap Done again.
Open your picture and tap the Editor button at the bottom of the screen. Next, tap the icon with the three dots to access the Markup Editor. Select the Text tool and double tap the text box to replace the placeholder with your text. Once you type your caption, tap Done.

Titles are syncing with iCloud Photos between your devices, but you cannot see or modify them on an iPhone or iPad. They will however been shown as a search result on your iOS devices. Captions are shown on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and will be synced with iCloud Photos to your Mac.
Add Text to Photos on Android Using Google Photos At the bottom of the photo, tap Edit (three horizontal lines). Tap the Markup icon (squiggly line). You can also select the color of text from this screen. Tap the Text tool and enter your desired text.
You can also add or edit a title or caption. In Photos on iCloud.com, double-click the photo or video you want to see more information about. Click. in the Photos toolbar. To add or edit a title or caption, click Edit, enter text, then click Save. The title appears in the Photos toolbar when you view a photo.
Adding ALT text to the metadata (PC/Windows): Open the folder where your images are kept (ex: Pictures folder in Windows) Right click the image. Select Properties from the drop-down menu. Click the Details tab. Paste your ALT text into the Title input field of the photo. Click OK (this will save the metadata)
