A digital ID is required for this process, containing personal information such as name, email address, organization name, serial number, and expiration date. These digital IDs are used to sign or encrypt documents in docHub. To add or create a digital ID, go to the edit menu, choose preferences, then signatures, and finally add a new digital ID by entering personal details. If an existing digital ID is available from your organization, you can also add it to docHub.
