in this video today we are going to show how to use sap purchase orders and the asap purchase order module to attach documents and information to a purchase order for your vendors and also how to distribute those automatically together as a package our first step we go into purchase order module here we see our purchase order and our preferred vendor alongside an item this item is something thats attached from a material and this is where some of the documents reside that are linked to the purchase order that should go with the purchase order to the vendor ill step into the material so you can see where these items are the material record with all the additional data we can go to the document data tab and find the document records these are pointers to the sap document management system where our files are stored double click into that one of these is an example and show this is our document records or so our kind of filing cabinet and we have some files within this document record

Attach a File from your Computer While composing an email, click the Attach files button. A file browser dialog box opens, where you can browse for and select files to attach. Select a file. Click Open. The file is attached to the email. You can continue to edit the email until youre ready to send it. Click Send.
To upload worker documents in Workday, type Maintain My Worker Documents in the Home page search bar. Select Maintain My Worker Documents Report. Click Add. Click Select files or drop files where indicated.
Adding Attachments Choose Attach from the top of the Attachments pattern. The Attach from File System window opens. Choose Browse to select the document you want to attach. Choose OK. The document appears as an item in the table in the column Name. Repeat steps 1-4 to add additional documents.
Attach a message or other item to a message On the File menu, click New, and then click Mail Message. On the Message tab, in the Include group, click Attach Item. In the Look in list, click the folder that contains the item that you want to attach. Click the item that you want, and then click OK.
