[Music] okay hello everyone and welcome to the video in this one im going to be showing you how to print a packing slip from xero now recently i had a look at the quarterly xero webinar every quarter they put out a webinar for xero certified advisors showing them some of the updates that have been done in the quarter some of the improvements that have been made to the system as well as things that they are planning to roll out in the future now in this particular update it was early august 2021 and they introduced a new feature that allows you to send and print packing slips direct from your invoice which a lot of people will really enjoy because in the past you had to go into settings invoice settings and you had to create a custom invoice so you went here new branding theme and went custom.doc and then from there you basically had to go in and manipulate the document to reflect a packing slip so well just have a quick look at this okay so weve got the new branding theme down the b

What should a packing slip include? Shipping address, order date, and contact info. Itemized list of the shipped items. Itemized list of out-of-stock items. Quantity of each item. SKU or UPC of each item. Slip number or PO number.
Edit packing slips From your Shopify admin, click Settings Apps and sales channels. From the Apps and sales channels page, click Shopify Fulfillment Network. Click Open app. Click Settings, and then click Manage orders. From the Packing slip template section, click Edit template.
Print a packing slip in QuickBooks Online Select the customers name to display a list of their transactions. From the Transaction List tab, select the box next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a Packing Slip. Select the Batch actions dropdown, then choose Print packing slip.
Edit packing slips From your Shopify admin, click Settings Apps and sales channels. From the Apps and sales channels page, click Shopify Fulfillment Network. Click Open app. Click Settings, and then click Manage orders. From the Packing slip template section, click Edit template.
For ecommerce orders, a packing slip is included inside the package. This helps the customer check if all the items ordered have been delivered.
You can make changes to your packing slip template click Edit in the Packing slips section of your shipping settings.
The method is simple, you just need to open the Packing slips section from your shipping settings on Shopify. After that, click the Edit button to adjust the packing slip templates.
To view a packing slip: Select Your Orders. Enter the purchase order number or the order ID in the search bar, and select Search Orders. Select Print packing slip. Note: Packing slips in Your Orders are available for 90 days after the date that we ship your order.
Add logo to your templates Login Order Printer Pro (Shopify admin Apps) Go to the Manage templates page. Click the Customize branding button on the top of the page. Tap the Upload logo option to choose and upload your logo image.
Go to Your Orders. In the drop-down menu, choose the appropriate date range. Scroll to find the order, and select View Invoice. Select Print this page for your records, or your browsers print button.
