in this video we will show you how to place a delivery order through your pos system so the first thing you have to do is on the bottom left click customer then you enter the phone number of the customer and then add to order here i find this customers address if i cannot have an address i select add address with the address i select add and then i get the order for the customer so the customer wants to order a waffle lotus we then will send that order to delivery we make a note that its a phone order because normally delivery orders true to pos will be a telephone order direct to that branch i click confirm and then the order has been placed and then you can check here about the orders so you can see its ready so i select ready here i can assign the driver to it and then the delivery manager takes care of the rest until you update it to say the order has been delivered thanks for watching you

Update item replacement choices At the top left, click the 3 horizontal lines. Click Your Orders. Select the order you want to update. Under the item youd like to update, click Edit replacement option. Choose your preferred replacement option.
Click Cart in the top right. In your cart, click Preferences on the item you want to add replacement instructions. Scroll down to Your preferences and click Other options, or Approve.
You can request we hold onto your package for you to pick up at a UPS location.
If you dont approve or disapprove the replacement, the shopper can still continue the order and proceed to checkout. If youre able to, its a good idea to approve replacements to reassure your shopper that they are making the right decisions.
Update item replacement choices At the top left, click the 3 horizontal lines. Click Your Orders. Select the order you want to update. Under the item youd like to update, click Edit replacement option. Choose your preferred replacement option.
Pick Specific Replacement: To select your own replacement, tap or click on the item, then select Pick Specific Replacement. You can search the catalog or choose a replacement from a list of suggestions. Dont Replace: If you prefer not to replace an item, choose Dont Replace to get a refund instead.
Poor quality replacement - the shopper delivered an inadequate replacement item which the customer didnt specifically approve through the platform.
