Create a custom field With the project open, on the Tasks tab, make sure Grid is selected. In the grid, just past the last column, select Add column New field. Enter a Type and a Field name, then select Create.

To add a field to your issue type: From your projects sidebar, select Project settings Issue types. Select the issue type you want to edit. Drag fields from the toolbar into the list of fields.
Add a new custom field for approvals Go to Settings ( ) Issues. Select Custom fields Create custom field. Select Advanced. Select Next. Name your field, and add a description if desired. Select Create.
Installation Make sure both Advanced Custom Fields is installed and activated. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/acf-frontend-form-elements directory, or the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
