okay for this exercise were going to schedule a motor vehicle appointment which requires an ailment and then well also have to make sure that we have the motor vehicle policy in the policies tab in order to bill that when they come in for that visit okay now if you go to page page 44 adding an ailment to an appointment because its going to be motor vehicle appointment were actually going to have to in the training database create an ailment because theres not going to be one there for this patient for this visit and attach it to the appointment so first thing is youre going to search for your patient patient calls in um youre going to search for your patient and get them in context okay and then youre going to come down to your coverage type this appointment is going to be a medical appointment so were going to click on im sorry its going to be a motor vehicle appointment it defaulted to medical so we want to click on motor vehicle which means we now need an ailment so were
