How to add a digital signature to a PDF document with docHub Open your document in docHub. Click the Tools tab and scroll down to the Forms and Certificates section. Click on Digitally Sign from the new options bar. Select the digital signature you want to use and click Continue.
Signing Instructions Open the PDF you wish to sign in docHub Reader DC. Next click the Digitally Sign button. When you release the signature rectangle, a window will appear with signing options. Choose your signing certificate from the drop down menu.
Right-click the signature field, and select Sign Document or docHub With Visible Signature. Note: You can also create an appearance using the Signature preferences: Edit Preferences Signatures (Windows) or Acrobat Preferences Signatures (Mac OS).
In order to cash in the stock, you need to fill out the transfer form on the back of the certificate and have it docHubd. Once complete, send the docHubd certificate to the transfer agent, who will register the stock to you as owner.

There is also a space for a corporate officer to sign on behalf of the corporation and to affix the corporate seal.

If an investor wanted to sell their shares, they would have to present their share certificates to a stock broker. The broker would then send the certificates back to the issuing company for sale.
