A transcript is an official copy of a students academic record detailing the courses the student has taken and each grade received. As an important document requested by schools in order to process applications, applicants must submit their transcripts in English.
The transcript demonstrates your strength of schedule, improvement over time (if applicable), and overall performance in high school. Colleges view the transcript as a solid way to predict how youll perform in college.
A transcript is proof of education. It has a detailed record of all the subjects you have studied with your scores in the form of marks or grades given by the institution of study.
Do not send transcripts at the time of application. After you submit your application, be prepared to send these copies to the admissions office at each campus to which you have applied, only upon their request. Official transcripts will be required at the campus you elect to attend.
The courses youve taken and when you took them. Your grades for each grading period. The weight of each grade (grades in higher-level courses like AP are often worth more than the same grade in a standard course) The number of credits you earned for each course.
It includes your enrollment history, grades that you got, credits earned and attempted and average of grade-point. The classes would be arranged in chronological format by the enrollment semester or the quarter. The grade-point average may be given individually for each quarter, but total cumulative average is given.
Enter classes semester by semester, copying the class title, department prefixes and course numbers, credit amount, and the grade received from your official university transcript. This may include 130+ credits of courses! An Academic Status must also be applied to each course taken.
