The title attribute specifies extra information about an element. The information is most often shown as a tooltip text when the mouse moves over the element.
An id may have the same value as a name attribute (despite the requirement that an id be unique).
The title attributes provides additional information about the element. The title attribute value can be seen as tooltip. A tooltips is displayed when the mouse hovers the input element.
The ID of a form input element has nothing to do with the data contained within the element. IDs are for hooking the element with JavaScript and CSS. The name attribute, however, is used in the HTTP request sent by your browser to the server as a variable name associated with the data contained in the value attribute.
It is valid. It will create no confusion for the server side language (even PHP, with its conventions for naming fields that share a name, will consistently and predictably handle multiple inputs which dont use that convention).
Yes, you can have a valid input without a form.
The HTML name Attribute is used to specify a name for an element. It is used to reference the form-data after submitting the form or to reference the element in a JavaScript. Attribute Values: It contains a single value name which describes the name of the element.
HTML | name Attribute The HTML name Attribute is used to specify a name for an element. It is used to reference the form-data after submitting the form or to reference the element in a JavaScript. Syntax:
An input form defines the user interface for a report. The user interface for a report allows the user to select options and data to include in the report.
The name attribute is probably the most important attribute of the element. It isnt strictly required for validation, but you should never omit it. When a form is submitted to the server, the data from the form is included in an HTTP request.
