Click Send a Copy in the bottom-right of the controls, then choose a sending option: Mail or Messages: Type an email address or phone number for each recipient, add a note if you want, then click Send (for Mail) or press Enter (for Messages).
Inset text is used for short pieces of information that need to be visually distinguished from the main body of text. This could be used for contact information or content that requires prominence, like an action that the reader may have to take.
Select the words you want to format. In the Format sidebar, click the Style button near the top. If the text is in a text box, table, or shape, first click the Text tab at the top of the sidebar, then click the Style button. In the Font section, click the pop-up menu next to Character Styles, then choose a style.
Anchor an object to the page or to text Click the object to select it. In the Format sidebar, click the Arrange tab. Click one of the following buttons in the Object Placement section: Stay on Page: The object stays wherever you position it on the page; it doesnt move as you add text or other objects.
Add a new shape and begin typing, or click an existing shape to select it, then type. If a clipping indicator appears, which signifies theres too much text to display in the shape, click the shape and drag any white square until all the text is showing.
Click where you want the text to appear, then do one of the following: Paste the text with its current formatting into a new paragraph: Choose Edit Paste, or press Command-V on the keyboard. Paste and match the style of the text where youre pasting: Choose Edit Paste and Match Style.
Add text in a text box Click. in the toolbar. Drag the text box to where you want it. If you cant move the box, click outside the box to deselect the text, then click the text once to select its text box. Type to replace the placeholder text. To resize the text box, do one of the following:
Add text to a page On the Home tab, in the Tools group, click Text . Click anywhere on the page, or click and drag to create a text box that is the size that you want. Type your text. Repeat these steps for all the text that you want to add.
