To edit a hyperlink, click anywhere in the link text and then open the Hyperlink dialog box by clicking the Hyperlink icon on the Standard toolbar or choosing Edit Hyperlink from the menu bar. Make your changes and click Apply.
Select Format Page from the menu bar and choose the Background tab. Make sure the Presentation Styles icon is selected in the Styles and Formatting window, right-click Background and select Modify from the pop-up menu.
Open the Navigator (by clicking its icon, choosing View Navigator, or press F5. Click the arrow next to the Drag Mode icon, and select Insert as Hyperlink. In the list at the bottom of the Navigator, select the document containing the item that you want to cross-reference.
