No -- book titles will be italicized. (This is also true for MLA and Chicago.) Underlining on digital documents (i.e. the paper youre typing on a computer) is reserved for hyperlinks these days.
Titles of full works like books or newspapers should be italicized. Titles of short works like poems, articles, short stories, or chapters should be put in quotation marks.
The general rule is to use quotation marks for titles of short works such as articles, poems, songs, essays, or short stories. By contrast, use italics for larger works such as books, movies, and the names of periodicals.
DocBook files are used to prepare output files in a wide variety of formats. Nearly always, this is accomplished using DocBook XSL stylesheets. These are XSLT stylesheets that transform DocBook documents into a number of formats (HTML, XSL-FO for later conversion into PDF, etc.).
Book titles should be in italics when mentioning them in the text. They should also be written in headline-style or sentence-style capitalization. The former means all the major words of the title should be capitalized, whereas the latter means only the major words should be capitalized.
Capitalize the first letter of the first word, the last word, and every major word in the title of a work. 2. Major words include everything except articles (a, an, the), prepositions (Ex.: in, on, with), and conjunctions (Ex.: and, but, or).
