Sadly, no. Most expenses associated with after school and extracurricular sports are not tax deductible even if the programs are affiliated with a school.
You can claim the cost of the following child care services: Child care services provided by caregivers (including babysitters and nannies) Nursery schools and daycare centres. Child care services provided by educational institutions (only the part of your fees related to child care can be claimed)
If you earn more than the amount of the personal exemption allowed by the Canada Revenue Agency within one tax year, you will need to report that income on an annual tax return. Most casual babysitters will not earn enough income from babysitting alone to owe income tax.
Child Care Expense Deduction and EI For married couples, regular benefits received from the EI program are not considered earned income for the purpose of calculating the child care expenses unless both supporting parents are enrolled in an educational program.
Services that may qualify as work-related expenses include nanny-share arrangements, day care, preschool, and day camp for your qualifying persons, and the care can be provided either at your home or outside your home. See IRS Publication 503, Child and Dependent Care Expenses for more information.
The maximum child care expenses that can be claimed per child each year is limited to $5,000, $8,000 or $11,000 depending on the circumstances.

Here are five facts to remember about this credit: The cost of day camp may count as an expense toward the Child and Dependent Care Credit. Expenses for overnight camps do not qualify.
In addition to the above, your child care expenses must meet all of the following criteria: your child care provider must be someone whom you cant claim as a dependent -- this may include a licensed day care provider, preschool, or on-the-books nanny but cant include anyone you pay under the table.
