hello everyone itamp;#39;s nicole and today i have a patriotic themed card featuring some inlay die cutting using the stars parade die from simon says stamp and also i included some stamping into this card not just die cutting i have pre-trimmed a piece of white cardstock it is approximately four by five and a quarter so just a little smaller than a standard size front of a card and thatamp;#39;s because i am gonna i needed a slightly smaller because iamp;#39;m going to pop it up on the front of my finished card this is a distressing brush stamp from avery elle this is from their brushed stamp set and i am simply taking it i left my die there so i could kind of line up where i wanted these brush strokes to start i want it to look like the stars kind of have these brush strokes coming down from them and i am using the simon says stamp surf blue fog and blue violet inks and then iamp;#39;m using the my favorite things wild cherry hybrid ink these are the four inks i felt matched the

R- Stamp, U-Stamp, S-Stamp A few of the certifications include: R-Stamp which is to repair pressure vessels, boilers, and other pressure-retaining items. U-Stamp, to fabricate pressure vessels and tanks. S-Stamp is to fabricate piping systems.
Code stamp means the permanent ASME identifying stamping applied to boilers and pressure vessels which indicates that the vessel has been constructed in ance with the rules of the board and the applicable section of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and has been approved by an authorized inspector.
Essentially, any repairs to the pressure zones on tanks require an R-Stamp. A code repair is when a vessels pressure boundary needs repair. This could either be a cooling/heating jacket or the tank itself.
Steps to Getting R-Stamped An inspection agreement with an authorized inspection agency. A written quality system that complies with the latest NBIC (National Board Inspection Code) requirements. A copy of the code of construction that matches the companys intended scope of work.
The R stamp is issued by The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors for the alterations or repairs of steam boilers. This certification helps ensure that such alterations or repairs are only done by capable fabricators who can meet the requirements of the code.
CR-4.1 The NB Symbol shown below is the official National Board Mark which denotes registration of the pressure-retaining item with the National Board. The National Board registration number is the manufacturing organizations sequential identifier for a specific pressure-retaining item.
The stamp assures that the vessel will meet the requirements of the relevant code, ensuring that the vessel will be fit for service in your application. Additionally, codes like the ASME BPVC exist to ensure safe and efficient operations of pressure vessels.
An ASME U stamp certifies that a manufacturer has met the quality control requirements laid out by the ASME Boiler and Vessel Code, specifically Section VIII Division 1. A Manufacturer that holds this stamp is permitted to design, inspect, fabricate, and test unfired pressure vessels.
