hi terry roland from tea rose studios iamp;#39;m going to show you how i can add three quarter inch sashing to my stained glass blocks normally you would lay your blocks out add your sashing in between each of the blocks and then add a long sashing strip to the top and bottom thatamp;#39;s a pain especially when theyamp;#39;re three quarters of an inch wide so i start out by laying my blocks out i add a sashing strip to the right hand side and the bottom of each of the blocks then once iamp;#39;ve got those sewn on those are part of the block unit i can rearrange my blocks in the way i want to have it in my pattern once iamp;#39;ve got it all laid out the way i want it i go back and add that that three quarter inch sashing strip to the left hand side and and the top blocks now all i have to do is sew my blocks together itamp;#39;s a slick trick for putting sashing on especially small blocks but i do this on almost all of the blocks or the quilts that i do sashing with hope this h
