Select any vector shape in Photoshop using the move tool go to window menu make certain layers all properties are available in the layers panel go to the entry for the layer and double click and you can change the color then for the fill you can also do the same in properties go here to the fill option and click there and just change the colour that way hope you found this of interest thank you much
