To change the color of the text, first select the text, then in the Menu bar click the text color icon, then choose the color you want. You can also choose a custom color to apply to your text.
Click and drag your cursor through the text that you want to modify, which highlights it. Highlighting the text means that any formatting or editing tools you use are going to affect that section alone. While highlighted, click the Font color button, then the Strikethrough button.
