Option Buttons or Radio Buttons work in a similar way to list boxes. To add an option button to your worksheet , click on Developer tab, and from Insert , form controls , click on Option Button. Draw it below the table, like this. Click inside and edit the text. I can copy it and add 3 more option buttons. Rename them and with CTRL highlight them all so I can align to the left , from Format Tab. Nice! If you want to use more than one set of options, like this, then you have to group them, from Developer Tab , Insert button and Group Box. When my buttons are in a group this means that I can move them around and format them all in one go. Now Im gonna remove them. Then right click on the first one , format controls and from Control Tab you can set your settings. As a cell link , use A6 cell. As you can see the other three get that cell link assigned to it. The first one is a one the 2nd is 2 etc. So each option button is given a number. As I add new buttons the value output is increase

A RadioButton can only be locked when the sheet is protected. A locked RadioButton cannot be moved or resized at design time.
They are available in the Insert section of the Developer tab. For any criteria, there can be multiple radio buttons. Still, only a single button can be checked rather than various options. To insert a radio button, we need to click on the insert command and draw it in any cell we want.
