hi everyone kevin here today i want to show you how you can print in microsoft excel but donamp;#39;t you just click on the file menu and then go down to print and then you can print out your spreadsheet if you want your printout to look exactly how you want it to look youamp;#39;ll likely have to make some tweaks and weamp;#39;ll run through what those are to follow along iamp;#39;ve included a sample workbook down below in the description all right letamp;#39;s check these out here i am in excel and i want to print out this table right here that we see on this worksheet so to print we go up to the file menu and then i can click on print right here or an even quicker way to do that is you can use the shortcut key combination control p and that also brings up the same exact print dialog and over here on the right hand side we can see a preview of what would print out if i click the print button right now but if we look at this i only have a few of the columns on this one sheet her

To do this, go to the File menu, select Print or use the Ctrl+P shortcut (Cmd+P on Mac). Under the Page Orientation section, you can choose between Portrait and Landscape orientation for your document.
In the Format sidebar, click the Arrange tab. Drag the Rotate wheel, or enter a degree value in the adjacent field to specify the angle at which you want to rotate the object. Tip: You can also press the Command key while your pointer is over a white square on the object, then drag to rotate.
Change page orientation to landscape or portrait Select the content that you want on a landscape page. Go to Layout, and open the Page Setup dialog box. Select Landscape, and in the Apply to box, choose Selected text.

Tip: When multiple worksheets are selected, [Group] appears in the title bar at the top of the worksheet. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Orientation, and then click Portrait or Landscape.
On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Orientation, and then click Landscape. Note: If you dont have a printer set up, the Orientation option will appear dimmed, and you wont be able to select it.
Click the Page Size pop-up menu and choose an option. Set other print options: Page Orientation: Numbers uses portrait (vertical) by default, but you can choose landscape instead.
Click the location in your worksheet where you want to insert a picture. On the Insert ribbon, click Pictures. Select Stock Images Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then click Open.
