hi my name is Brian and this is how to switch a document to landscape orientation now when youamp;#39;re working with a word processor like Microsoft Word you can actually change the setup of the page uh letamp;#39;s say you want your page to be set up Landscape so that is horizontal instead of vertical well you can do that pretty easily I have Microsoft Word open right here you can go into file and then page setup and under page setup thereamp;#39;s an orientation option I can select orientation to be landscaped by simply clicking on the landscape button once I hit okay now each page on my document is landscape when you go to file uh and print you should notice in the print preview that everythingamp;#39;s going to come up Landscape now the important thing to remember is that you need to put your paper in properly into your printer so it doesnamp;#39;t cut off but thatamp;#39;s pretty much it that is how you can print and show your documents in a landscape mode you
