Google Docs Open a document in the Google Docs app. Tap Edit . Tap the part of the screen where you want to add the list. At the top, tap Format . Tap a list type: Numbered list. Bulleted list. To change the list style, tap the Right arrow . Optional: To indent, at the bottom, tap: Increase indent. Decrease indent.
Locate the insertion point, which is a blinking vertical line. In a blank document, this will be near the top-left corner of the page. If the document already has text, you can click in different parts of the document to move the insertion point. When you begin typing, the text will appear next to the insertion point.
To insert a new anchor, right-click on the position where you would like to insert the anchor, and choose the Insert Anchor command from the context menu. Alternatively, you can use keyboard shortcut CTRL/CMD + SHIFT + K. Type in the name of the anchor, for example Report, and click OK or press Enter.
Put the cursor at the beginning of where you want to put the bookmark. From the document navigation bar select Insert Bookmark.
