Click into the table of contents, so that your cursor is in the first section. Choose the Position and Alignment you prefer, and then click the Format button. In the Page Number Format window, choose i, ii, iii, as the Number format. If you want a different starting page number, you may select it in this window.
Click INSERT Header Footer. On the Slide tab, check Footer. In the box below Footer, type the text that you want, such as the presentation title. Check Date and time to add that to your slides.
Go to References Table of Contents. Select Custom table of contents. Use the settings to show, hide, and align page numbers, add or change the tab leader, set formats, and specify how many levels of headings to show. For more info, see Custom table of contents .
Go to Insert Footer Footer. Tip: If you just want to quickly turn on slide numbers in the footer, select Insert Footer Slide Number.
With the table selected, go to the Layout tab. In the Arrange group, click Align. Make sure theres a check next to Align to Slide Then choose Align Center and/or Align Middle to center left/right and/or top/bottom respectively.
Need a quick fix for the ToC numbering? To fix the incorrect numbering in your Word document, right click the Table of Contents and select Update Field. After this the numbering for the Table of Contents will be updated correctly in the document.
Add page numbers to slides and notes On the Insert tab, click Header Footer . In the Header and Footer box, on the Slide tab, select the Slide number check box, and then in the Starts at box, type the page number that you want to start with on the first slide. Click Apply to All.
Select Tabs; in the Tabs menu, Tab stop position enter 6.5 Alignment Right Leader 2.. Click Set; then click OK. 3. Once the tabs have been set, place the cursor between the text and the page number, and then press the Tab key on the keyboard.
