getting back to the Samsung photos app you also have the ability to create a gif itamp;#39;s essentially like a little moving photo little tiny short video youamp;#39;ve seen them on your keyboard sending them whatever but you can do this very easily so if you just go into your gallery and then you choose the photo you tap select and then you can say create and you can create that now thereamp;#39;s other things you can create as well if you want to make like a little highlight reel or something like that but personally I found that creating gifs is the most useful

How Many Frames Per Second for a GIF? The number of frames per second for a typical GIF ranges between 12 and 30fps. GIF search engines like Giphy have their own set of framerate best practices for their uploads (between 15 and 24fps, with a total of fewer than 200/100 frames in total).
The GIF file format only supports a palette of 256 colors, meaning images may have a low resolution or even look slightly blurry.
Color images are displayed using 4 bits (16 colors), 8 bits (256 colors), 16 bits (65 thousand colors) called high color, and 24 bits (16 million colors) called true color. Some cameras and scanners will use 30 or 36 bits per pixel.
The GIF format uses LZW compression, which is a lossless compression method. However, because GIF files are limited to 256 colors, optimizing an original 24‑bit image as an 8‑bit GIF can subtract colors from an image. You can choose the number of colors in a GIF image and control how colors dither in a browser.
The format can contain up to 8 bits per pixel, allowing a single image to reference its own palette of up to 256 different colors chosen from the 24-bit RGB color space. It can also represent multiple images in a file, which can be used for animations, and allows a separate palette of up to 256 colors for each frame.
GIF or Graphics Interchange Format files are widely used for web graphics, because they are limited to only 256 colors, can allow for transparency, and can be animated. GIF files are typically small in size and are very portable.
