in this video Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to get margins right on Excel spreadsheet and get it to print on one page suppose you received this file from somebody and you want to make sure that it prints nicely on one page because thatamp;#39;s how you want it to print the first thing you need to do is go to print preview I will click print preview on my custom toolbar and take a look and what I see is um um this particular file prints on four pages not on one it doesnamp;#39;t fit on one page so there is an option I can use to make it fit on one page right here in all the settings by default uh there is no scaling I click on drop down and choose fit on one page it does fit on one page quite well but I not happy with how small the font is so I want my margins to be narrow not wide like they are here my next setting is uh margins and itamp;#39;s right above the um option that allows me to fit um my whole table on one page if I click on the drop down I will see that there is an op
