now that the texture is all done on this sign weamp;#39;re going to go through with the 46202-k quarter inch down cut bit to pocket out where the letters are going to fit into so this is going down in two passes to pocket all of that out and again because this is Cedar there are some frays left here but itamp;#39;s not a big deal we will clean that up later the soft wood tends to want to fray a little bit more but itamp;#39;s not a big deal hardwood would definitely perform a little bit better but it worked out all right as we got everything all cleaned up so we went through and did all the clearing passes we can switch out for the 46200-k 1 8 inch down cut bit to go through and touch up on all of those Corners we cut the pieces out with the eighth inch bit so we need to make sure that we use an eighth inch bit to finish everything out so that we can get all of the corners I set a minus .002 pocket allowance on this tool path to allow for a snug but not too tight fit here so hopeful
