hey this is Ralph and in this video I want to create some return address labels so I had this question come up the other day basically if I just want to create a sheet of return address labels so basically itamp;#39;s gonna be a sheet of the very same label that I could put in the top left corner of an envelope or something like that so I always have my return address available so Iamp;#39;m gonna start from a blank Word document here Iamp;#39;m gonna be on the mailings tab but instead of worrying about the mail merge process Iamp;#39;m gonna head over to the labels process and for the address this is where I would put in my own address Iamp;#39;ll go ahead and put in a personable person and Iamp;#39;ll put in a address and now you do need to know what labels you want now I picked I have got 81 67 selected for me just because before it turned on the recorder I did a little bit of hunting over at Amazon theyamp;#39;re just looking for some return address labels and thatamp;#39;s

Word Click the picture you want to add a caption to. Click References Insert Caption. To use the default label (Figure), type your caption in the Caption box.
Create and print a page of different labels Go to Mailings Labels. Select Options. Select the type of printer youre using. Select your label brand in Label products. Select the label type in Product number. Select OK. Select OK in the Labels dialog box. Type the information you want in each label.
Click anywhere in the table, then click on Table Tools/ Table Design on the ribbon at the top, click on Borders icon drop down box and choose View Gridlines. Now the outline of each label on the page can be seen.
Select the object (table, equation, figure, or another object) that you want to add a caption to. On the References tab, in the Captions group, click Insert Caption. In the Label list, select the label that best describes the object, such as a figure or equation.
Labeled (under the figure) with the figure number and appropriate descriptive title (Figure can be spelled out [Figure 1.] or abbreviated [Fig. 1.] as long as you are consistent). Numbered in the order they appear in the text.
How to Print Avery Labels on Word Click the Mailings tab at the top of the screen. Select Labels and click More at the bottom of the screen. Choose Avery US Letter or Avery A4/A5 based on the label sheets size. Click OK to confirm the sizes. Enter the information you want on your labels and print them out.
Insert figures in Word Select a figure placeholder to save. Navigate to the placeholder folder and click Add content Press F2 or right click to rename the figure. The new placeholder is now available from the Figure menu.
Generating a Table of Figures Click where you wish to insert the table of figures in your document. Click the References tab. Click the Insert Table of Figures. Choose Format for formatting style for the table. Select Caption Label for an appropriate caption label. Click OK and the table of figures will be inserted.
