Iamp;#39;ve already unboxed it. Iamp;#39;m gonna go ahead and turn it on, I already plugged the power supply as well which is pretty simple it comes included with the printer. It is really easy to set it up you put your label here on your spindle, slidet it right in. Because the printer is opened on the side you can just slide your label right through. Adjustment holder goes right here you make sure you adjust this is it goes on to the label really snug. You can load in your ribbon. RFID Inlays: RFID inlays are like RFID tags, but they are smaller and contain only the antenna and the chip. They are designed to be embedded into other objects, such as plastic cards, labels, or packaging materials. RFID inlays can be passive or active, and they can be read over shorter distances than RFID tags.
RFID Antennas range in size from smaller than a standard cell phone, to as large as a TV. The difference in size is usually indicative of the read range the bigger the antenna, the higher the gain, the longer read range and vice versa.

An RFID card has a thin form factor (81x54x1 mm), like a driving license or identification card, and can be kept in the users wallet. However, an RFID tag is smaller and thicker (around 20x20x5 mm) but can be kept in the users keyring.
The difference between these two types of RFID tags is that wet inlays typically have a clear plastic face, and RFID labels have a white face, generally made from paper or plastic. While both wet inlays and labels can be used with an RFID printer, the printed text is much clearer on RFID labels.
Certain RFID inlays are available in standard label sizes, which are most commonly 4x 6 and 4 x 2. These labels are created when manufacturers or label converters embed RFID tags into standard size label paper in order to allow for more space for printable data.
