so i i know that the most common i guess application for this or at least the most questions that iamp;#39;m going to get about this is not necessarily about how to build bone above my implant but actually in this scenario right here where you have exposed threads on the buckle yes does it happen so often and people are like oh can i just slap some bone on there is that gonna work okay let me ask you can we just slap some bone on this exposed buckle thread will will this work with the if you follow the decompression principles okay so uh without decompression we have been doing it right where we put the bone in there and we cover the membrane and if you want my honest opinion thatamp;#39;s something that you have to have a little bit deeper understanding when can i build one regardless of the implant or no so what i would say is the implant rich youamp;#39;re showing me for example one coronal cup of the implant at the midline i want to see where is that implant position in the thre
