hi Iamp;#39;m Hannah and today weamp;#39;re going to make this retro 90s inspired TV gif use the object selection tool to make a selection go command J to copy it onto a new layer use the pen tool to draw around the screen next you want to turn this into a selection then go command J to paste on a new layer with a still selected create a mask and unlink it transform the top screen by flipping it and making it a little bigger now weamp;#39;ll add some text and some shapes then Iamp;#39;m going to export this version of the image as our first frame head into layers toggle off the white dot on the second screen and weamp;#39;ll export this as our second frame open a new document the exact same size and paste your pngs on separate layers go window timeline and create frame animation set the frame time to 0.5 hit the plus to create a new frame then in layers toggle on the top image save for web select GIF 128 divided matte none
