At the top left-hand side, click Compose . At the bottom of the window, click Layouts . Select an email layout from the Default layouts tab or from previously saved or shared email layouts under My layouts, or create a new custom email layout from My layouts.
Emailing Your Pages Document. Attach a Pages, Microsoft Word, or PDF version of your Pages document to an email. To email a document: Open your Pages document, choose Share Send via Mail, and then choose Pages, Word, or PDF from the submenu.
In the Mail app on your Mac, choose View Use Column Layout (a checkmark indicates the layout is in use). Do any of the following: Change which columns are visible: Control-click a column header, then choose an attribute, such as Muted. The Conversation, Status, and Subject columns are always shown.
Use Viewing settings in Mail to change options for viewing messages. To change these settings in the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mail Settings, then click Viewing. Choose the number of lines of the message to show in the message list.

Add a link Tap an object, text box, or selected text you want to turn into a link, then tap Link. Tap Link To and choose a link type (Webpage, Email, Phone Number, Page, or Bookmark).
Place your insertion point or select existing text where you want to add a merge field, click Document in the sidebar, click the Document tab, then click Mail Merge. Choose Add Merge Field, then choose the field youd like to add from the list. Note: To see the full list of fields from Contacts, click More Fields.
