here is how to share a google document so that somebody else can add comments to it or make suggestions to the document click on the share button on the top right of your google doc and then practically speaking i usually simply click on change to anyone with a link and then i click on viewer on the right side and i click on commenter and then i click on copy link and then now i go into my email message and i basically paste the document link and then i send them an email and now they will be able to click on the document come in here and iamp;#39;m going to click done here this is fine they will be able to add suggestions spelling changes grammar changes uh they can add additional sentences paragraphs they can really do anything they want in the commenting mode which means you get to accept or reject the changes now if your document is needs to be very private if you have you know personal information like passwords or other personal data then you probably should change instead of an
