hello everyone welcome to excel ten tutorial in this tutorial I will show you how to circle invalid data in Excel this is a beginners level tutorial and it is very easy. Remember I am using Microsoft Excel 2010 for this demonstration so this is my workbook and this is the range of data I want to be validated so select the range and click on data then data validation select whole number and I am giving the range of 15 to 95 between 1 to 100 the 15 to 95 range is valid and the rest of them is invalid so I want to circle invalid data in this range which should be number 1 to number 15 and number 96 to 200 ok now click OK click the drop down on data validation and click circle invalid data see these are the invalid data and they are being circled that is what I wanted to do thanks for watching if this video was helpful give it a thumbs up if you need any help with Microsoft Excel you can ask me in the channel discussion section share this video with your friends and please to subscribe it
