Open Microsoft Word and click the File tab. Select Options and navigate to the Fonts section. Choose Add New Font and locate the downloaded font file. Click OK to the font.
Microsoft Word allows you to embed a TrueType font in a Word document so that you can view and edit the font, if licensing rights allow. You can do this even if you open the document on a computer on which the font is not installed.
How to embed fonts in PDF on Mac Open your PDF in Acrobat Reader. Go to File ➙ Properties (Command + D) Navigate to Fonts. If you see Embedded or Embedded Subset, then your PDF document has fully embedded fonts. If not, your fonts might not be visible to others, unless they have those fonts installed on their machines.
