Hey everybody, this is Nick. Iamp;#39;m coming to you with a really quick tip on how you can embed custom fonts into a single PowerPoint or word file. This is going to come in great handy if you are sending documents back and forth outside of your organization, but you want your custom, your brand font, your custom font to still be read, and I might send it to somebody else to another colleague in a different organization who doesnamp;#39;t have that. Installed on their computer and instead of Microsoft kind of substituting the custom font that I have in my document, if I embed the fonts in the document, anybody should be able to open up that document and still see the correct font. So as an example, I have right here in my PowerPoint file. This is just one single text box. With a a graphical font called state Face, so each letter becomes this little icon of that state, and So what Iamp;#39;m going to do here is Iamp;#39;m going to embed this the fonts that are used in this file in

Launch the Microsoft PowerPoint application. Click the Design tab at the top of the PowerPoint window. Then, go to Customize Fonts in the toolbar that appears. In the Customize Fonts window, scroll through the font options available and pick your recently installed font.
Go to the Details tab. Make sure that the Font embeddability property is either Installable or Editable. Otherwise, you cannot embed it.
Which fonts are embedded? Click Home tab and then select the down arrow alongside the Replace button at the end of the ribbon. Choose Replace Fonts All of the fonts in use in your presentation will appear in the top dropdown.

On the View tab, click Slide Master. On the Slide Master tab, select Fonts, and then click the font that you want for the theme. You can change the fonts for your presentation at any time in Slide Master view.
Finding embedded objects in PowerPoint manually To help you find them more easily open the Selection Pane (Home tab Select Selection Pane). Then click through each slide in your presentation looking out for any shapes that are named Object, as shown in the picture below.
In the Save tab go to the Font Embedding option and select Embed fonts in file. You can either select to embed only the characters used in the presentation (which will keep your file size at a minimum) or embed all characters which is better if you are going to need to perform further editing.
