hi guys in this video i am going to share how to add f4 paper size in microsoft excel or how to print excel document on f4 paper properly f4 or people sometimes call it polio size on your paper okay a little bit of introduction first in the microsoft word in the print menu we can see that there is no option for f4 itamp;#39;s only a4 letter legal and the others itamp;#39;s not itamp;#39;s not f4 however there is an option here more paper sizes this will solve the problem because there is an option here and the bottom one custom size so we can adjust as as much as we want so the width is 8.5 inches and the height is 13 inches thatamp;#39;s the size of f4 or folio paper and then okay and then then this is already good for f4 printing thatamp;#39;s microsoft word easy however in microsoft excel there is a problem uh still there is no option for f4 paper size and if we click more paper size here there is no custom size this will be a problem we cannot really set the size of the paper

Page Tab: In the Page tab of the dialog box, you can set the paper size. In the Paper size section, choose Custom Size from the dropdown. Custom Paper Size: In the Width and Height fields, enter the dimensions for your custom paper size, which in your case is 8.5 inches for width and 13 inches for height.
Set a column to a specific width Select the column or columns that you want to change. Go to Home Cells Format. Under Cell Size, select Column Width. In the Column width box, type the value that you want. Select OK.
For row height, select the row(s), press Alt + H + O + H. Enter the desired height in points (e.g., 20), and press Enter. For column width, select the column(s), press Alt + H + O + W. Enter the desired width in points (e.g., 25), and press Enter.
On the Home tab, select Format Column Width (or Column Height). Type the column width and select OK.
Select the text you want to change and hit Ctrl +. Adjust Font Size in Small Increments: To make small adjustments to your font size, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + F to decrease font size and Ctrl + Shift + G to increase.
Press ALT+SPACE and select Maximize.
Press one of the following keyboard shortcuts: To AutoFit column width: Alt + H, then O, and then I. To AutoFit row height: Alt + H, then O, and then A.
Go to Home Cells Format. Under Cell Size, select AutoFit Column Width. Note: To quickly autofit all columns on the worksheet, select Select All, and then double-click any boundary between two column headings.
