Hey andy here and welcome to another video tutorial for Microsoft Word. In this particular video, Iamp;#39;m going to show you how you can insert your own signature like you see here into a Microsoft Word document, so if youamp;#39;re sending a letter to somebody or something like that, you might want to make it look a little bit more official a little bit more personalized by inserting your signature. So, Iamp;#39;m going to cover three different ways that you can get your signature into your documents. Upload your document into the electronic signature application, such as our eSignature application. Drag in the signature, text and date fields where the recipient needs to take action. Click send. The electronic signature application will email a link to the recipient so they can access the document and sign. To adjust your signatures layout, click on it and select Layout Options. Hover over the available options and click the option that says Behind Text under With Text Wrapping. Now, go ahead and place your signature right above the signature line.
To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark dialog, select Text and either type your own watermark text or select one, like DRAFT, from the list. Then, customize the watermark by setting the font, layout, size, colors, and orientation. If you dont see the watermark, click View Print Layout.
