Follow these step-by-step instructions to learn how to insert a digital signature into a PDF document using WPS Office. Step 1: Open the PDF Document. Step 2: Access the Signature Tools. You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. On the Insert tab, select Pictures Picture from File. Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then select Insert.
WPS Office allows you to easily add your signature to any PDF document. To do this, open the PDF document in the WPS Office Word app, click on Sign in the toolbar, and then select My Signature or Create My Signature. You can then draw or type your signature, and save it for future use.
To insert a signature in Word, go to the Insert tab, select Signature Line, and follow the prompts to create and insert your digital signature.
To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
