A shapefile is one of the spatial data formats that you can work with and edit in ArcGIS. The shapefile format defines the geometry and attributes of geographically referenced features in three or more files with specific file extensions that should be stored in the same project workspace.
The shapefile specification says file names must start with an alphanumeric character (aZ, 09) and can only contain the characters (aZ, 09, , -). I found why your data didnt displaying on ArcGIS Pro. Your Shapefile name contains special character(-). Rename your shapefile(dbf, prj, shx, shp) name on Windows Explore.
Open Arcgis Pro and create a new project. Name your project and choose the file directory. Open a new map. Select ADD DATA and the shapefile youd like to import into Arcgis Pro.

To zip (compress) a file or folder Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder, select (or point to) Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.
The primary way to make shapefile data available for others to view through a web browser is to add it to a . zip file, upload it, and publish a hosted feature layer.
You can access a shapefile in ArcGIS Pro using a folder connection in the Catalog pane. Add a connection to a folder. Browse to the location of the shapefile in the folder connection. Right-click the shapefile and click Add To Current Map or point to Add To New and click Map .
A shapefile is a set of related files for storing the location, shape, attributes, and projection of vector geographic features. Because a shapefile consists of multiple files, you must compress the files in a . zip file to add them to ArcGIS Online. An item is also created when added as a layer in Map Viewer.
