hey everyone um i just want to show you a quick trick in excel i use this a lot and it is kind of the key to creating more dynamic flexible complex layouts in excel and itamp;#39;s a really simple concept it is just simply dropping a text value or a number value into a shape that can then be dynamically updated and placed wherever you want on a page so traditionally in excel we use the cell grid in the background right so if you drop in something itamp;#39;s in a cell and then you can add something from the cell next to it so on and so forth thatamp;#39;s great itamp;#39;s really nice when youamp;#39;re doing data processing itamp;#39;s very well organized it allows for complex cell references all that kind of stuff but itamp;#39;s not great when youamp;#39;re doing a a visual layout when youamp;#39;re trying to make something that looks cool you know itamp;#39;s it is itamp;#39;s not akin to web development itamp;#39;s akin to kind of uh i donamp;#39;t know getting stuck
