okay once we finished adding the details for the transaction here we can go back to the documents tab here which will show the documents that weamp;#39;ve previously upload now I could look at all these documents at one time in this case Iamp;#39;m just going to pick one document here and under what youamp;#39;re going to see is we have all these different items pop up here we have and Iamp;#39;m just going to actually click on this here which will actually open up the document added it so I can add all the fields that may not have Auto populated here so one of the fields that I noticed right away is is not the sellers name here right so I would have to add Sam seller and some of the other fields like the managing brokers name which this is area specific and you will can go through the whole contract and add in the appropriate information for the particular document a to filling out then and click Save and close and this will save all the changes for you so this is how you would go

To add recipients from your Address book: Click the address book icon. Select the recipients you want to send the envelope to. Click Add. All the selected names are added with a Sign recipient Action.
Enable specify recipients: When selected, senders are able to use the Specify recipients recipient action. This specifies a recipient who can fill in the name and email address of the role recipients who are at their same position or later in the signing order.
In the majority of circumstances, a recipient in legal terms is a person who receives an item (either money, a product or service, or data) under a contractual arrangement. Therefore this is an important word to use when creating one of the following contracts: Loan Agreements.
To add multiple signers to a document Open the People panel. Click Add People. Enter recipient information and assign signer order. Add as many recipients as you wish by clicking Add Another Recipient and set signer order for each.
eSignature includes three default permission profiles: DS Admin. DS Sender. DS Viewer.
Electronic seal recipients represent legal entities rather than individuals. Electronic seals can be used by organizations and governments to show evidence of origin and integrity of documents. A signer is a recipient who must sign, initial, date, or add data to text tabs on the documents in the envelope.
A Recipient Role is a position that is defined to identify a user. This could be something such as Pharmacist or Manager. This is not the same as Access Level, which determines a users permissions (you can learn more about this here).
If you dont need to sign the document, you dont need to add yourself as a recipient.
