i started building this form but i want to add another question so youamp;#39;ll notice i have a few questions in here but i want to insert it here between two and three so iamp;#39;m going to click on question two and to expand out and then i notice that thereamp;#39;s the add new option right below where my cursor is at

If you cant type into a form field on a pdf, it may be due to a browsers default viewer for pdfs. Fillable forms require docHub or Acrobat Reader/Acrobat DC to fill them out online or on your computer. Many browsers use a different pdf viewer by default that doesnt support fillable form fields.
