if you think printing to XPS or PDF files is really a cool thing to do you like the idea of having snapshots of the files you printed both in software and the ability to send them the paper at some point then theres one other tip I can offer you that make your life a little bit easier and that is to set the default printer such that it is the microsoft XPS document writer or and the way you do that is to go to your control panel and you go to Devices and Printers and here weve got a list of the printers and youll see not only do I have Microsoft XPS document writer but I have this nitro PDF creator and Premo Preedy PDF these are both free software that you can pay a little money to get a premium version but I just installed the trial versions for now and what you can do is just right click on the software printer that you like and say set as default and this will save you one step every time you go to print because the software printer will be the default itll be selected in the l
