Simply right-click on the image in the Word document that you want to save and select Save as Picture. This will open a dialogue box where you can choose from different image file types in the Save as Type drop-down, including JPEG.
Here are some guidelines for getting the best quality prints from your photos: Start with the right size and shape. Understand DPI and PPI. Get a 300 DPI file. Apply some Sharpening. Download as a PNG + print. Check the DPI before you print.

Highly refined clay is a common coating to prevent ink spread.
Quality settings via options Go to file, click on options in the left column. If you click on this, a new window will open with a left column and the advanced heading. Next, under image size and quality there is the option Do not compress images in file.
Go to File Options Advanced Image Size and Quality settings. Uncheck the compression option, and then set the default resolution to high fidelity. This setting will ensure the best quality or the original image quality in the document.
