Go to View Slide Master. Insert a text box and type Confidential (or your message). Use a light color and adjust the text box position using the Format tab. Close Slide Master to apply the watermark to all slides.
Copy and Paste Select the text, slide, or object you want to copy. Click the Copy button on the Home tab. Press Ctrl + C. Click where you want to place the copied text, slide, or object. Click Paste. Press Ctrl + V.
You can add text to a PowerPoint slide or a slide master by inserting a text box and typing inside that box. You can then format that text by selecting the text or the entire box.
If the content of your document is too large, you can use the Document Inspector tool that comes with PowerPoint to automatically check and remove the sensitive information to achieve the effect of redaction.
Click where you want to insert the text, and on the Home tab, select the Clipboard button, and then select Paste.
Drag over the area of data you want to copy, and on the Home tab, click or tap Copy. In PowerPoint, click the slide where you want to paste the copied worksheet data. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click the arrow below Paste.
If you get a message indicating No clipboard access when you attempt to copy or paste, it is likely that your browser is blocking sites from accessing the clipboard, also known as Cut-Copy-Paste (CCP) functionality.
